Your Responsibilities

Previous exposure in designing web, mobile, and tablet-friendly applications
Trendy 3D compositions that goes with the theme
Apply strategic design thinking to real-world problems
Design for usability, minimalism, and simplicity
Have sharp finer details in design principles, concepts, layout, alignment, visualization, etc
Visual design definition, direction, and execution
wireframe specifications (complete with annotation) for developers to implement
Work with developers to communicate specs, ensure correct implementation and work through any problems encountered
Any knowledge of fintech applications will be an added benefit
Tools of trade
Adobe XD & Figma(must)
Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator with
C4D & Blender or other 3d software
What You Need to Qualify
3+ years of experience.
Strong awareness of UX approaches and methodologies - research, interviews, personas, task analysis, sitemap, wireframing, and prototyping
Solid knowledge of design principles, especially principles of visual design & UI design, and color theory
Good Knowledge of 3D illustrations & an eye to visualize stunning 3d compositions
Up to date with the new design trends
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A people-person and a mentor who can fuel up, drive and train the junior designers to their utmost
An independent creative thinker and a Multitasker
A keen sense in designing aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly, and functional designs
Out of the box thinking with a humorous personality!
