    The Story

    It was a great honour when we got the opportunity to serve Hindustan Unilever for their customised inventory management and billing system U-Shop. This is an internal system used by Hindustan Unilever and is maintained in all the manufacturing factories wherein they will be having an internal inventory management, stock management, client or customer billing and payment gateway integration. The entire project has been done via an integrated web tool. The successful completion of this project was of utmost priority.

    • Requirement analysis for a fully functional inventory and stock management system.
    • Implementing the Client and Customer billing system from scratch
    • Implementing a safe and secure payment gateway for smooth transactions.

    The Goal

    • Successful integration and data synchronisation for all the factories where this system will be implemented.
    • A Billing System with all the updated tax deductions and variable deductions.
    • Real time inventory management and stock management.
    • Looking after the end user experience for hassle free billing and business transactions.

    Our Appraoch

    For this project particularly we had to cover a vast ground for the inventory and stock management part, keeping the data precise and real-time was our main priority as it should resonate with the physical stock. Any mismatch in the physical stock and the real time inventory was unaffordable. Thus the data flow had to be flawless and in tune with the Billing System for all the warehouses and manufacturing factories. The billing system has been created in such a way that it has multiple options for the Client or customer to pay. Thus by giving the client or Customer the opportunity to complete hassle-free transactions will in return boost business and also aid in Customer retention.

    The Results

    The introduction of U-Shop to the manufacturing factories of Hindustan Unilever made the procedure of inventory and stock management more precise and fast. The integrated billing system also made the process more easier, as there were less queues of customers waiting for billing more effectively fast customer service could be provided.
