    The Story

    Dhruv Food Industry Pvt Ltd had made its name in the food and beverage industry for a long time but with the new challenges of digitalization and automation Dhruv was falling back so they needed to step up their game. So when they decided to launch the chain of restaurants they decided it would be a cloud kitchen, an unique and one of the largest cloud kitchens in India. It will have food takeaway and dine in facilities as well as online food ordering and home delivery facilities. That's when we came into the scene, they reached out to us for a complete Digital Solution that would help them set a strong foothold and thus, PIMENTO came into existence.

    The Challenges

    • The biggest challenge was that the company did not have any digital presence and the concept of cloud kitchen was relatively new.
    • They were expanding their business in such a way that there would be very less but really strong competitors. So we had to do a thorough market analysis.
    • We had to come up with something that would boost their launching to the digital market and catch the attention of the targeted customers.
    • As the cloud kitchen venture was new for Dhruv, we also had to analyze what types of Digital Solution can boost the revenue generation from the beginning.
    • We also had to completely customize the whole thing for that we had to understand the needs of the clients venture for optimum utilization of our deliverables.

    The Goal

    • The main goal was to establish the brand name and get as many new customers as possible to sign up for Pimentos’ website and application.
    • Digitalise every aspect of the company - fulfillment, customer service, online store, social media marketing, advertising campaigns & customer acquisition as well as implement tracking systems and much more.
    • An efficient and effective Digital Marketing Plan that would make a difference and generate traffic immediately once the website would be live, also redirecting the same towards the Mobile Application once that would be live. .
    • Increase customers and retain them and also to improve the Customer Lifetime Value.

    Our Appraoch

    Our main approach was to dramatically simplify Dhruv's journey by introducing digital systems in every department. Also we made sure that the leap towards complete digitization would be cost effective and budget friendly to maximize yield of the return of investment i.e. ROI. A strong POS system also had to be implemented . So we needed a customized system that would cover all the needed fields and allow for the automatic processing of orders, fast and instant billing and eventually becoming the back bone of Pimento. And it worked like a wonder!

    Top things about this Project

    • This was a vast and very enjoyable project as we have to cover 5 grounds to put Pimento on the digital map.
    • The step by step progress towards building the digital infrastructure from scratch was very challenging, with the corporation we received from Dhruv helped us make bolder technical leaps.
    • The best decision was integrating the comments and feedback section in the website and mobile application which acted as a catalyst towards attracting more potential customer cum foodies for Pimento but building trust and assuring quality food plus delivery.

    Dhruv Food Industry Pvt Ltd saw amazing results right after the launch of their new website, mobile application and marketing campaigns. The restaurant POS system also increased the company’s effectiveness in ways that we did not even expect, in return average order values increased in 30 days.
